What we collect
To deliver our service we collect: name, age, city, height, email, optional Telegram/Signal handle, the platform you were banned on, an optional description of your ban, and up to 6 photos.
What we don't collect
We never ask for your Hinge or Tinder password, your Apple ID password, or your government ID. We do not need them.
How long we keep it
Intake data and photos are auto-deleted from our systems 14 days after delivery. We do not retain copies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Payment data
Card details are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card information.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, or immediate deletion, by emailing privacy@hingehelper.com. We respond within 72 hours.

We use first-party cookies for session management only. No third-party tracking or ad pixels on this site.
